This building shows much of the concrete building process. On the bottom left is a pile of sand. On the bottom right is a pile of gravel. In the middle are bags of concrete and the mixers. The yellow/concrete-colored tracks going up hoist the mixed concrete to the top. Once up there, they load it into pans which are carried on the heads of ladies to the place where the concrete needs to be poured.

Actually, I’ve been thinking I need to do a post on my photoblogging workflow. I have a nice setup with a bulk photo converter and a custom PHP script.
Yup, I’m still with that previous program.

Oh, I see that you were talking about web design, not blogging. In web design I basically do this:
1. Conceptualize the design in my head.
2. Write the CSS (and basic HTML with DIVs) for it by hand in Notepad, etc.
3. Create any graphics in GIMP
4. Build the PHP parts (in this website, it was a Joomla! backend, but in most cases I just write some basic PHP stuff)
I’m not a very good or efficient web designer, so you probably don’t really want to copy my workflow.
