Here’s the first of SMBI 2009 Night of Music.
There are two limitations. You need to go to the Vimeo site to view it in HD. Also I can only upload one HD video per week. If people want to donate $60 for me to get a Pro account to remove those limitations, I won’t refuse.

Very nice Hans. I’m tempted to donate that $60 just so I can see them all.

I don’t expect one person to pay $60! I was thinking if 12 people would pay $5 or or 20 people paying $3 or something. If y’all are truly interested, I’ll put up the first $20 and you can make commitments in the comments on the condition that $60 ($40 additional) of commitments are made.

I know you weren’t. I’ll donate $10.

I would also like to clarify that if enough people donate to get this pro account, it will be a Menno/Christian/Choral community account in the sense that anyone that wants to upload HD vids of some sort of community event to Vimeo, they can use my account.
In other words, the benefits won’t stop at just Sharon Singers and Emerald Chorale if people have HD vids of other events.

Hans, this is great! Thanks for sharing. I sent your dad a note about a couple from Benin Africa that need a tutor for next school year. I wonder if you would know someone from SMBI that might be interested?? If so let me know or contact them directly. I gave your dad all the info.

Thank you all for your kind willingness to part with your cash for the cause of Christian Music, however, I found YouTube offers HD for free now. So I won’t be needing it… Thanks anyway! Isn’t that cool how you got a blessing and didn’t even have to part with dough?
